Results of Parent-Invited Immigration in 2019

On January 28, 2019, the first-come-first-served immigration application was made to parents and grandparents. In 2017-2018 the randomized method of applying for parental and grandparents' guest immigration was changed to the first-come first-served selection system from 2019 due to public opinion that it was unfair. With a large number of unselected applicants from 2017-2018, applications for parental immigration closed in just 11 minutes this year. If you describe the way this year has been carried out, first fill out an online application form and then register the above. Subsequently, registered applications are selected on a first-come first-served basis and the invitation is issued. In 2019, the Canadian Immigration Service will receive a total of 27,000 online applications, 20,000 of them on a first-come, first-served basis and issue formal parental and grandparents immigration invitations. However, it should be noted that if a registered application fails to meet the conditions of the sponsor, if the applicant fails to meet the conditions, and if the same application has been received twice, all will be excluded from the selection list. You can check your invitation rights by email, the Canadian Immigration Bureau website (CIC website), the Immigration Bureau Facebook or Twitter. Currently, the Canadian Immigration Service has not announced the official date of the announcement of the results of the application for parental and grandparents' immigration, but it is expected that the invitation will be sent by February. All documents must be received within 60 days of receiving the invitation. If you fail to submit the document within the above period, your invitation will be revoked. In this case, you must observe the above period strictly because you will have to wait for the parent and guest migration applications to open at a later time. After submitting the document, the process is expected to last approximately two years. If parents and grandparents want to enter Canada during the course of the document, they can enter the country in advance through Super Visa, a visa that can stay for two years. As mentioned above, the Canadian Immigration Bureau announced in 2019 that it will receive 20,000 applications, but if the application fails due to abandonment of the application, failure to meet the conditions, or insufficient documentation, the Immigration Bureau will provide an opportunity to receive more than once in 2019 for the first-to-sonsor. It is highly likely that applications for parental and grandparents' immigration will be open again within 2019. By the way, if you are not selected for the invitation on January 28, I hope you will keep a close eye on the immigration office's notice and not miss the opportunity to apply again. Express Entry Rejects and Returns an Application
밴쿠버 조선일보

EE (Express Entry) is a newly introduced system from January 1, 2015 to facilitate and facilitate immigration to Canada. As such, Express Entry is a federal immigration system that comes out to help speed up the process, but the process may be delayed, returned, or rejected due to mistakes or errors that occur when you apply. Today we are offering a guideline for the rapid immigration process. Based on the application received for EE in 2016 and 2017, 39,704 of the total 42,712 applications submitted in 2016 were approved and 96,182 of 109,497 applications were approved in 2017. As a result, 93% of applications were approved in 2016 and 87% in 2017. On the contrary, 7% of EE applications were rejected in 2016 and 13% in 2017. In addition, approximately 20-40% of EE applications are rejected or returned each year, including cases in which applications have been filed but have been returned due to lack of documentation. In addition, more than 20% of EE applications were delayed for more than 6 months in 2017. For a fast and accurate immigration process, accurate information is required when applying for EE Pool registration. In addition, the documents must be prepared and submitted in the correct format, as stipulated by the Canadian Immigration Bureau (CIC). Only then can we avoid delays, returns, and rejection of the application described above. Even if this happens, you can reapply, and in this case you need to be sure again what the immigration office is requesting. Ensure that the documentation supporting the information is consistent with the information when registering the EE Pool and subsequent receipt of the invitation ITA. For example, if you have entered an EE Pool registration with a one-day experience of three years, you will need to submit a certificate of experience matching the above period at a later date. There are cases in which permanent residency is rejected in the event of discrepancies between the information entered and the document, so you need to check and fill out the correct information from the beginning. Second, all documents regarding immigration must conform to the form and list requested by the Immigration Bureau. If a document cannot be provided that meets the above criteria, it shall be submitted with reasonable reasons to support it. It is important to note that if the immigration officer determines that the reasons given are not valid, all applications will be returned and the documents must be re-applied to the standards laid down by the Immigration Bureau. It is a rule to submit all documents in English. In case of failure to submit in English, you must submit documents that have been notarized by notaries and translators with translation certificates. Documents related to personal information and criminal investigation records should be provided as government-issued documents and uploaded to the Immigration Bureau's online site. In this case, all documents must be scanned so that they can be clearly identified, and the process of reviewing them once again before submitting so that they do not mix. Finally, after submitting the document, you should periodically verify that additional document requests are made to the Immigration Bureau's online site. In some cases, even though the documents are fully submitted, the immigration office may require additional requests. You should periodically check the immigration site so that you don't miss the deadline to submit the documents when you request. If you miss the above deadline, your immigration application will be canceled or rejected. Due to frequent changes in the type and format of documents requested by the Immigration Bureau, it is necessary to check the above before applying for immigration again. Once you have confirmed the above and prepared to emigrate, you can easily obtain a permanent residency at once. How to obtain a work visa at the border
밴쿠버 조선일보

In order to reduce the time required to apply online for a work visa through LMIA (Labor Permit) or a work visa through a spouse or a work visa through a state government, you may visit the border directly to receive a work visa. When you get a work visa, you can get a work visa right from the border without any major problems, but if you go there without proper preparation, you can easily think without proper preparation and have a bad results. If you get a work visa at the border, the first person in charge decides whether to approve the work visa. In other words, in order to get the visa approved, a valid reason must be given to the immigration officer. Failure to do so may result in a visa being rejected or even deportation order. If you receive a work visa through LMIA or state immigration at the border, the basic preparation documents are LMIA approved documents, passports, employment contracts, certificates of employment, academic credentials, and resumes. At the same time as reviewing the above documents, the applicant for a visa will be interviewed to determine whether or not he or she has a job experience and capability appropriate to the LMIA specified occupational class. It also checks for violations while in Canada. The most important part of the surveyor's confirmation is whether the applicant is employed illegally or whether the document is authentic if the applicant is a visitor. If you are suspected of the above, you will receive additional questions and requests for documentation. For example, during your stay on a visiting visa, you will find out how and when you received the documents. This can be a problem if you have extended your visiting visa several times and you cannot prove your clear track record to support it. In addition, if the applicant's status as a visiting visa shows unique odors (smells of risotrang or paint) or signs of work, you can check the applicant's mobile phone for text, photos, schedules, credit, and bank accounts. A spouse's passport, stay visa, family or marriage certificate is a required document to prove that he or she is a legal spouse when he or she receives a work visa through accompanying spouse. When I get a work visa through my spouse, I get it much easier than other work visas. Because visa is issued at the discretion of a Canadian immigration officer, visa issuance may be easy or difficult depending on what criteria the officer reviews. In some cases, difficult examiners may be asked to revisit the area two to three times. Also, if you are found to have been perjury or illegally employed during visa screening interviews, you often confiscate your passport and check your flight ticket to Canada. To avoid this, the visa screening process for airport officers is relatively less demanding, so they receive a visa from the airport via a third country. If you have difficulty in interviewing because you are not confident in English, I would recommend the above method rather than getting a visa via the land border. However, you can get a work visa at the border as long as you've prepared all the paperwork and expected interview questions. BCPNP Applications Need Attention
밴쿠버 조선일보

BCPNP (BC-state migration) is an immigration method for permanent residents of BC and allows them to receive 600 additional points on the Express Entry or through BCPNP directly. In other words, it is the most popular program among applicants for permanent residency in BC and basically it is judged whether they qualify for the application based on the conditions of their professional group, academic background, career, salary, English score, and working area. If you are preparing to apply for immigration through BCPNP, you must check the employer's conditions, career proof and salary before applying for immigration. First, the terms of the permanent residency of the employer are mandatory for the application of BC PNP applications In this case, the operator must meet the employer conditions set by the BC shareholders. Under the above conditions, the employer must operate the company as a corporation for at least one In other words, if you are a private operator, you do not meet the conditions of your BC PNP employer. In addition, if a company has been retained for more than a year but the employer has changed in the interim, this is in violation of the requirement that the corporation be retained for more than one year. Depending on the company's position, there are conditions for the number of employees. You need at least five full-time employees for wide-area Vancouver, and you must have at least three full-time employees outside of BC. In addition, if past or current business activities are found to be in violation of BC state laws, there may be a disruption in the support of permanent residency. The second important thing is career proof. The experience I'm talking about includes my current experience in Canada, as well as my past experience abroad. Past experience in Canada and abroad, which is equivalent to a BCPNP career score, is currently only recognized as a career in Canada. If the BCPNP officer is not related to the current experience of working in Canada and previous overseas experience, or if the period of experience is questionable, request additional documentation. At this time, you must submit your salary statement, income amount certificate, T4 or paystub to prove your If additional documents are not answered in time or provided, the reason should be written in detail. It may also be rejected if the tax evidence is incorrect. Lastly, the most important part is salary. BCPNP state immigration, unlike Express Entry, does not see an age score, but instead, an annual salary score. The higher the salary, the higher the BCPNP score, the higher the bonus. In addition, there is a minimum income standard according to the number of families, and there should be evidence of compliance. For example, if you have a two-person family in Vancouver, you should have a salary of $28,390, but if you have a four-member family, you should have more than $42,776. Because of this, BCPNP examiners are making very difficult reviews about salary. Two of the most careful things may be the manipulation of the LMIA to earn additional points if working in Canada, if there is a significant difference between the annual salary submitted when applying for BCPNP than when applying for LMIA, or if they are paid too high for their current employment and experience. Also, if the actual salary is different from the actual salary you put in at the time of application, it will be a problem in document screening. And the pay approach set by the state of BC is bi-weekly or semi-monthly. If you are paid like Korea, we recommend that you get paid the above way. I have described the three most important areas to consider when applying for BCPNP. In addition, each company and each applicant has different conditions, so an analysis of the exact conditions is required. Smooth immigration procedures require checking not only your conditions but also your employer's conditions before applying for immigration to check the necessary documents. What to do after entering Canada A to Z
밴쿠버 조선일보

You'll have a permanent residency in Canada, a Work Permit or a Study Permit, and it's unclear where to start after you arrive. So today, we will explain in turn the list that we must prepare after entering the country. The first basic list to be prepared is to identify your place of residence, open your bank account, open your social insurance number (SIN), open your medical insurance, open your cell phone, issue a driver's license, new immigration services, and enter your children's school. The first thing you'll need to know is what facilities and services are around your home. You should locate nearby mart, transportation means, bank, community center, school, shopping mall, and Service Canada through Korean portal site or overseas portal site so that it can be convenient for you to receive service or travel. Second, you have to visit the nearest bank and open a bank account. Each bank in Canada has a Korean employee, so you can enjoy banking services in Korean even if you are having trouble communicating in English. To give you a tip, I recommend that you apply for a credit card while opening a bank account. Credit card credit is the most important criterion when you later take out a home loan or measure your creditworthiness. You can also receive remittance from Korea, so you may need to receive transfer information from the Canadian bank in advance, and you may need to transfer your account automatically. You can also receive a bank status in advance and use it as a residence confirmation card. Third, you need to get your Social Insurance Number (SIN). Social Insurance Number (SIN) is a similar concept to a Korean resident registration number. You need an SIN to report employment, government assistance, and income in Canada. You cannot work in Canada without your SIN, so you must visit the nearest Service Canada (labor office) and get your SIN first. In case of permanent residency, there is no need for extension, but if you enter the country by employment or study abroad, you must also extend the SIN whenever you extend the period of employment or study abroad. Fourth, you should apply for a medical service plan (MSP) in advance. Health insurance in Canada will take effect after 3 months on arrival date. So I recommend that you apply right after you enter the country. If you have a spouse or a minor child when applying for medical insurance, you can apply as a family member. MSP applications can be applied conveniently through the website. After applying, most medical services can be provided free of charge. The fifth is the opening of cell phone, internet, and TV. You can also open a cell phone in Canada that you used in Korea. That is, you can use it right after you buy a SIM card for your phone that you used in Korea. Since there are Korean employees residing in the mobile phone store, there will be no difficulty in opening the mobile phone. Sixth, you need to get a driver's license. In BC state, you can switch from a Korean driver's license to a Canadian one by visiting the state-managed ICBC. Korean driver's license, driver's license certificate, and bank account information are required at this time. For your information, the auto insurance premium will be lowered when submitting a non-accidental confirmation in Korea, so if you have no accident experience, please be sure to keep the above documents. The seventh is a visit to a free resettlement center for new immigrants. In Canada, there are many free new immigrant settlement services because there are many people coming from many countries to immigrate, find jobs, or study abroad. These institutions are mostly based on nonprofit organizations, so they are focused on the benefits that new immigrants can receive from Canada at no additional cost. For example, we are introducing free job introduction, SIN, MSP, and how to apply for a driver's license. It also introduces you to a place where you have free ESL classes for new immigrants who are uncomfortable with English. Finally, if you enter the country with your child, you will need to visit the education office in your residence and apply for admission to your child's school. For this purpose, the documents include the children's passport and basic certificate, vaccination records, and residence identification. In Canada, if you have a minor child, you can apply for a government subsidy through Canada Child Tax Benefit. For all of the above services, passport entry is mandatory, and you should carry a permanent card, Work Permit, or Study Permit with you to reduce your double-stepping experience. Then I hope everyone will settle down in Canada happily Justin Sim/Minister of Law CanNest nest emigration 604-662-3266 info@cannestimm.com www.cannestimm.com

Common-law immigration

Although you may know about the spouse who can immigrate through the fence of family which is the most important thing in Canada, today we will talk about a boyfriend or girlfriend who is not a legal spouse yet, and that is, a common-law marriage relationship. The Common-Law Sponsorship immigration program, which we speak of in Canada, is a program in which a Canadian citizen or permanent resident can support his or her partner with whom he or she has been married for more than a year, not a legal spouse. The most basic purpose of this program is to help the family stay in Canada together, even if not the legal spouse, in fact, if they have lived together for more than a year. The advantage of Common-law Sponsorship is that it is easier to prepare for some parts of the audience because, like other immigrants, you have to clearly prove that their relationship is a true, candid relationship, regardless of their English scores, careers, and academic background. But in order to prove that their relationship is a genuine one, we need to make sure that the documents are well documented. The first document to prepare is proof that the two lived together for a year. Documents to be prepared will be mail, utility bills, government documents, licenses, and tax reports in their respective names for at least a year. All documents must have the date on which each document or mail was issued, and if there is a large amount of free time between the date of issuance of the documents, we recommend that you prepare as much for each date as possible, as additional documents will be requested. The second is to prove that the people around them are aware of their lives. For example, each partner's parents, friends, and co-workers should submit photos together with them, and proof of their endorsement. You have to sort out up to 20 photos of partners and people together, or of pictures with time and space backgrounds, rather than the two of Thirdly, we need to prove that the two people share a lot of things with each. We need to make their relationship visible to everyone on the social networking site these days, or we need to add a joint real estate name, a joint housing lease, a joint bank account, a joint bill, and a flood-stricken life insurance policy. For Common-law partner sponsorship, you also need to see the basic terms of the invitees, which must be Canadian citizens at least 18 years of age or permanent residents. Also, you should not receive financial support from the government in Canada. If the invitees live together in a foreign country, the permanent resident is not allowed to invite them, but only if the Canadian citizen confirms that he plans to return to Canada after receiving the green card from the other party. The most misunderstood part of the guest's income is his or her spouse's marriage invitation If there is no child between the two, the minimum income of the invitees is no spouse or spouse. You can apply even if you don't have any income, but you should write down your plans later on how you can live without financial help. The CIC says it takes about 12 months for a Common-law invitee, but sometimes it comes out after 6 months with a thorough preparation of the documents. As such, it is important to apply for guest immigration by thoroughly preparing documents that can prove the difference between the two, as they enter without other English scores, academic credentials and career certificates, such as experience. Preparing for Canadian Immigration
밴쿠버 조선일보

Anyone who wants to get a job, study, visit or immigrate to Canada must go through immigration screening once. Those subject to the Canadian immigration review will be received at the Canadian border called the Port of Entry (PEO), at the Canadian International Airport, or by Border on the Canadian and U.S. borders if they enter by land. Entry screening will vary depending on the applicant's condition and purpose of his stay. For example, coming in on a visit is more difficult to examine than applicants coming in for employment or academic purposes. In particular, if people in their 30s and 40s try to enter the country by visiting, they ask a lot of questions about their intention to get a job illegally, or if they are applicants who have been in Canada for a long time, they will focus on whether they did not work illegally during the period. If you are not properly prepared for an entry examination and are rejected by the POE, the rejection record will remain until you receive a permanent residency, so be sure to prepare and enter the country. In order to facilitate preparation for the immigration examination, it is your exact purpose, content, and cell phone and baggage arrangements. First of all, when you talk about your exact purpose and content of entry, you should be familiar with exactly what you are visiting, whether you are working, studying or visiting. Also, when you come to work, you have to know exactly where you're getting paid and how much you're doing, and you have to be prepared because you can ask when and how you're looking for an employer. If you come into school, you can ask what kind of classes you will take at which school you will take, why you will take them, and what plans you have after school. If you come in, make sure you remember your round-trip ticket purchase, purpose of visit, travel plans, and exact place of residence. In case of an acquaintance or family visit, the examiner can contact his or her friends or family, so he should check his phone number in advance, and if he visits without sufficient funds, he or she needs sufficient funds because he thinks he can work illegally. If you know the purpose and contents of your entry, the next part you need to prepare is your cell phone and luggage arrangement. You can request cell phone sharing as an examiner during the immigration review. Sharing a cell phone allows the examiner to check photos, text messages, and notes, which could result in an entry rejection if he or she finds illegal stay, illegal job hunting purposes, or misunderstanding. Also, since baggage checks are randomized, this can be a rejection of entry if there are too many luggage items for the person who is visiting, or if there are tools necessary to work. So, you need to organize your photos, text messages, e-mails, and luggage in advance to facilitate immigration. The immigration process may be a little easier, depending on the screening process, while it may be more difficult. In some cases, it can be done in 20 to 30 minutes at the earliest, but the examiner has to be fully prepared and ready, as he or she can see the suspicious part of the examiner's mind, and it can be more than four hours of Only one problem can result in a rejection of an immigration review, but not many are permanently expelled from Canada for being rejected. In most cases, you get a lot of notice to return to the country after 6 months or a year. If you get to the country again, you can enter the country without any problem. Of course, the reasons for rejection vary, but if you don't perjure yourself, you're mostly re-entered within a year. Each person has a different purpose and method of entry, so please prepare thoroughly for your entry examination and enter Canada. What if the "Permit" period is short or over?
밴쿠버 조선일보
2018-12-12
1080
Recently, LMIA and permit extension period are longer than expected, leading to difficulties in applying for work period or study period extension or failing to take proper action in time. Today we're going to talk about what to do if we don't have much time left, or if we're done already. There are three main ways to do this when there are not many permit periods left or when you need to apply quickly. This is the last way to re-enter Canada. First and foremost is the Implied Status, which, in short, is a privilege given to applicants who apply for a new visa before the end of their current visa period in Canada. Again, you should have applied for a new visa before your original visa was over, and it is a privilege to stay in Canada from the end of your existing visa to the end of your new visa. The reason why the immigration office gives these implied statuses is because it allows applicants who have already applied for new visas to stay in Canada legally while the application is in progress and to keep their existing work intact. This is a rescue system that allows you to stay in Canada legally without losing your identity while applying for extension and waiting. For example, if someone who was already a Work Permit has applied for a new Work Permit, they can stay in Canada and work the same way as they did in the previous Work Permit, and if the person who was a Study Permit extends to Study Permit, they can go to school the same way they did in the existing Study Permit condition. However, if you extend from Study Permit to Work Permit or from Work Permit to another type of Permit, you can only stay in Canada under the same conditions as a beaver, not under the existing Work Permit or Study Permit conditions. Also, if you travel abroad including the U.S., you should not travel abroad during the integrated status period because you may have problems when you enter the country again. Second, it's a way to recover a status that's already been disconnected by a restoration. Restoration applies to those who can no longer extend their claim status to the implified status and cannot wait abroad after the period has already ended or been rejected. In Canada, people who have finished their permit, those who have not received the emplified status, or those who have been rejected have the opportunity to apply for a restore within 90 days of the end of the permit. Unlike the embedded status, Restoration is already applied after the end of the period, during which you can stay in Canada but not work or go to school. In addition, the application for overseas travel is cancelled when you enter Canada, as a result of a return trip, because it is an opportunity for those who have to stay in Canada and extend their period of stay, rather than give them a status to stay in Canada. And there must be an exact reason why we should be re-assisted in Canada, not re-entering. The last thing you can do is re-enter the country. The reentry is literally going abroad and then coming back to Canada and getting a new permit, not an extension. This method is the same as receiving the first new permit by going abroad and coming in since you can no longer stay in Canada if you missed the application period and applied for a reset. The above three methods of applied status, re-entry, and re-entry are the next best thing to do, but the best way is to check and prepare your period and method in advance. Canada Enforces Biometric Registration System
밴쿠버 조선일보
2018-12-05

Today I'd like to talk about Biometrics, a new biometric registration system that will be introduced on December 31, 2018. There are many inquiries for the new biometric registration system, which will be introduced from next year, and with the introduction of this system, it is expected to make many changes in visa and permanent residency applications for those who have Korean nationality. Biometrics is a system that is designed to register the fingerprints and faces of people entering Canada to prevent or solve crimes that may occur in advance. In fact, this system was necessary for people in countries that already needed visas to visit Canada, but it was not necessary for countries like Korea or Japan to enter the country without visiting visas. However, as of December 31, 2018, everyone who comes to Canada must register for biometric registration before entering Canada. The Biometrics process starts with applying for student and work visas online. 1. Applying for student visa, work visa and permanent residency online 2. Automatic creation of 'Biometrics Instruction Letter' (BIL) file requesting biometric registration with your CIC account after application 3. Reservations for visits to VFS (Canadian Visa Support Center) where biometric identification can be registered (required) 4. Complete the above BIL file, passport, and application form and visit VFS 5. Fingerprint scanning with face shot and electronic fingerprinting machine 6. After receipt, issue a visa sticker attached to the passport. 7. Visited or received by Canadian Visa Support Center by courier (additional charges will be incurred upon application for delivery). If you receive Biometrics once, the expiration date is 10 years, so you do not need to reissue Biometrics even if you get a new visa before then. It is important to note that if you fail Biometrics within 30 days of receiving your visa, your visa may be rejected. The cost is $85 per person and up to $170 per family when you come to your family. To explain it in more detail, even Koreans don't need biometric registration. For those who have Korean nationality, student visas, work visas, accompanying visas, and permanent residency applications are required, but not for those who come to Canada on a visit. Also, Canadian permanent residents, Canadian citizens under the age of 14 or over 79, are excluded from Biometrics. If you already have a student or a work visa in Canada, the extension of the visa is excluded so far. The reason why I explained so far is that there is no center in Canada where Biometrics can be done, so extension of visa in Canada is excluded. The Canadian Immigration Service announced that from 2019 it will establish a center in Canada to register biometrics so that students and extended work visas can be applied. Although it is not introduced right now, it is expected that there will be a lot of issues after the introduction and the new system will delay the progress of Canadian student or employment visas by at least 1-2 months, so I strongly recommend you to remember the benefits and apply in advance.
